Yoga – “the union of body, mind and soul”
Motive8 classes are based on the Iyengar Yoga style which is the most widely practised form of yoga in the world. Iyenagar yoga concentrates on improving skeletal alignment and building strength and flexibility throughout the body. Regular yoga practice increases your mental stamina, improves concentration and helps with recuperation from many common ailments.

A maximum of ten people per class will allow for highly individual instruction for each student. Classes are relaxed and are loads of fun, which compliments yoga’s other stress relieving and rejuvenation benefits.
