A concept for the future health of the nation
The common belief held by the media and the majority of the nation is that in sporting terms we have fallen behind many other nations. Are we simply not good enough or have we just been slow to recognise the problem?

The Problem
Many children are growing up with under developed Musculo-skeletal frames and respiratory systems as well as having poor reaction times and uncoordinated movement & balance. There are many reasons for this, but it is now possible to tackle the problem at source.

The Solution
Between the ages of 4 and 16 a child's body is growing, learning and developing. If a child undergoes a programme of correct exercise techniques the benefits will be evident throughout their lifetime. Specialist Sports Science Coaches are available to provide in school sessions, after school workshops and teacher/parent education courses. Courses are also available for your children on a one to one basis.

Motive8 recognises the vital importance of developing basic skills and efficient healthy bodies at a young age. The Motive8 programmes are currently being successfully implemented at Kew Primary School. Children are trained for one hour on a variety of exercises and games which are designed to enhance fitness and well-being in a safe, supervised and fun session.

Motive8 provides a successful sports community scheme, which coaches children aged between 6-14 years throughout the boroughs of Hounslow, Richmond, Ealing and Spelthorne. The scheme which runs in conjunction with Brentford Football Club works closely with the community, teaching cutting edge sports development to make sport a positive, real and lasting experience.

School sports sessions last one hour and take place at the school during or after school time. Children are grouped by age or ability and are coached by fully qualified coaches thus enhancing their neuromuscular and physical development.
