techniques involved, just simple changes to your diet and the way
in which you exercise.
Most exercise and health plans are tailored for the masses and
therefore do not meet individuals needs.
There is no such thing as a health plan for everyone.
At Motive8, we tailor each and every programme to the needs of
the individual. We use many different types of activity to keep
you challenged, refreshed and not at all bored!
Once we have assessed your current levels of health, fitness and
diet a programme is devised for you with a personal trainer to guide
you through it. He or she will make sure that you stick with the
plan and keep you motive8ed throughout!
Most of our clients have extremely busy lifestyles and so need a
plan that will achieve results without intruding on their lives.
Training can be carried out on a one to one basis or with a friend.
