Motive8 have been involved in the planning, design and operation of the Apex Leisure Centre at Kew Riverside since its opening in May 2003. The Apex is open exclusively for the residents’ use. Housing a 25 square foot gymnasium, 12 metre pool, jacuzzi and sauna, a studio and two treatment rooms, the Apex provides the residents of Kew Riverside with all their health and well-being requirements. From fitness instruction, to beauty treatments and children’s activities, all needs are catered for by our staff.

Motive8 work alongside the developers St James Homes and the estate managers Hampton’s International, in order to provide the best possible facility for all involved. Not only is the Apex Leisure Centre a fantastic luxury for the residents, it is an effective selling tool for the developers, offering potential residents an all encompassing health solutions programme.
