Siemens Telephone Systems - Hipath System Options

All system variants with the exception of the Hipath 540 can support analogue, digital, Integrated Cordless and VOIP extensions. As nearly all Hipath features and applications are the same across the range, choice of system need only be determined by scale. That is principally the number of line and extensions required. Other system limits such as the number of Speed Dials and extension group available tend to increase with the system size. The larger systems have more spare card slots which is something which needs to be considered both for future expansion and specific applications.

note 2	The maximum line capacity could not co-exist with the maximum extension capacity

note 3	The maximum extension capacities assume this is the only type of extension card on the system

note 4	This is the maximum possible capacity with mixed extensions if this was the only consideration when dimensioning the system

note 5	The Hipath 3700/3750 can be extended with one or two extra cabinets giving a capacity of 15 or 23 card slots respectively.
