Customer since 1995

The Manchester Airports Group Plc (MAG) is the largest UK-owned airport group and is made up of four airports - Manchester, East Midlands, Humberside and Bournemouth. Manchester Airport (MAN) is the international gateway for the North of England and the UK's largest regional airport handling 22 million passengers a year.

ServiceTec has delivered maintenance and support services to MAN since January 1995, and has managed and supported the ARINC MUSE system since 1998 – a contract that was re-awarded by MAN in 2011 for a further five years. ServiceTec also provides support for 70 IBM CUSS kiosks at MAN since 2005.

As a result of customer-focused support services, ServiceTec now supports more than 2,400 devices and has contracts in place through to the end of 2016. ServiceTec also provides IT desktop support services for airlines and specialized systems support for ground handlers. ServiceTec's Airport Managed Services Solution (SAMSS) is used to provide the maintenance and support of the ARINC MUSE and IBM CUSS kiosks installations.
