FILON Profiles Book for Rooflights, Roofing and Cladding

The Profiles Book illustrates the sheet profiles available from FILON for rooflights, roofing and cladding products. Additional profiles are continually being produced to match new requirements. Any profiles not displayed in the book can be manufactured to order.

Many of the profiles shown in the book are no longer produced by the original fibre cement or sheet metal manufacturers. These profiles are still available from FILON, in translucent and opaque materials, for replacement, repair or refurbishment.

Factory Assembled Insulated Rooflights (FAIRS), manufactured by FILON, are available in double, triple, and multiskin layers to match current roofing and cladding profiles.

Proprietary shapes/profiles are also manufactured for a wide variety of alternative applications. For further details of these and/or information on designs and specifications, please contact FILON Technical Services Department.

The Profiles Book consists of two main sections:
Profile Identification
This section is designed to enable profiles to be easily recognised based on the following data
in which they are sequenced:

Depth

Crown and Trough Dimensions

Cover and Overall Widths

Profiles
This section provides information on sheet dimensions, displays the actual sheet profile, and
is sequenced by Manufacturer headed by a general listing of fibre cement and sheet metal profiles.

Due to it's size and for ease of use, the Profiles Book is split into three separate PDF files which
you can view and print. To do this you need Adobe Acrobat running on your computer.
