Filon Finesse Polycarbonate Barrel Vault Rooflights

Filon Finesse polycarbonate barrel vault rooflights are leading edge technology for domed skylights and rooflights, which are ideally suited to any commercial, industrial, agricultural, leisure and general applications, where clear natural daylight is a prerequisite. The panels are extruded high grade polycarbonate with special UV resistant surface protection ensuring long life and weather resistant and are practically unbreakable.

Filon Finesse panel width is designed to give a 500 or 1000 modulus, producing an attractive aesthetic effect. The multi-walled structure of the panels combines the necessary rigidity with excellent thermal insulation values as low as 1.40Wm²k. The system can be easily adapted to any domed shape taking into consideration the minimum radius of each panel.

The uniquely designed multi-wall polycarbonate panels have a patented jointing system using self carrying steel channels, which are locked together with polycarbonate clips to form the domed profile. The channels are designed and precisely engineered to give high rigidity with a free span of up to 8 metres(subject to load and application).

The panels are available in translucent or opal as standard, with green and smoked brown available with special orders.
