  • Inside Corner (Small) - used on ceiling corners.
  • Inside Corner (Large) - used at floor levels and internal corners of walls.
  • External Corners (F section) - used on external corners of walls.

  • Use fittings where damp conditions would prevent curing of adhesives.
  • Stagger panel riveting on opposing sheet edges and corners to give tight flat

    Adhesive Fitting :
  • Ensure wall and ceiling surfaces are free of dirt, dust, grease and are dry.
  • Apply around edges of panel back in vertical lines, not horizontally as falling
  • brick dust may inhibit adhesion.

    Sealant Useage :
  • Apply sealant to fittings and divisional bars for effective proofing.
  • Apply sealant to all edges of panels. In very wet areas an extra bead of sealant
  • should be applied behind panel edges to aid proofing.
