Maintenance & Support Overview
Brightel Datanet are authorised Siemens maintainers and can provide maintenance and support for the following systems:-
- Hicom 112 & 118
- Hicom Office One, Office Point, Office Com, VS 1600 & Office Pro
- Hipath 540, 3250, 3300, 3350, 3500, 3550, 3700 & 3750
In addition as Oak authorised maintainers we can maintain the following attachments to your Siemens system:
- VoxPro voicemail system
- VoxBox & VoxBox Lite voicemail systems
- Advance Classic Call Logger
Service is provided Monday to Friday excepting bank holidays from 9am to 5:30pm. Response is within 4 working hours for a Catastrophic Failure and 8 working hours for a Partial Failure.
Our Maintenance & Support Service Includes in all cases:
- Support line for advice and help with feature activation
- Liaison with BT when there’s a line problem
- Remote diagnostics and resolution whenever possible
- Site visits as required
- 2 remote programming sessions
- Annual health check
- Reduced costs for moves changes and additions
- No Claims bonus of 10% per annum up to 50% or £300 whichever is greater
We offer three levels of service:
- Repair or replacement as appropriate of any faulty item of Siemens equipment including Siemens telephone handsets. Maintenance costs 10% per annum of total maintained equipment replacement value.
- As above but excluding Siemens telephone handsets. New replacement Siemens handsets are provided in the event of a fault and invoiced at RRP. Maintenance costs 10% per annum of total maintained equipment replacement value.
- Any item of Siemens equipment found faulty is replaced and invoiced at RRP. Maintenance costs 5% per annum of total maintained equipment replacement value excluding Siemens telephones.
The minimum charge for system maintenance is £300 per annum. Monthly standing orders can be arranged.
