ACELL AT THE JEC COMPOSITE EXHIBITION IN MARCH 2009 |
JEC Composites show (www.jeccomposites.com) is the No1 trade show in both Europe and the world. More than 1,000 brand names exhibiting, 27000 professional visitors and 46,500 m2 of exhibition.
In Paris, from the 24th, to the 26th March 2009, the global platform for the composites industry will bring together the entire chain from design to applications.
Acell is going to participate to this exhibition to promote its new process in 3 different ways.

Acell entered the 2009 Innovation Award. Several companies apply every year for this Award but only 10 will get selected to enter the competition. Acell was selected within the 10 Finalists.
The Programme
Since its creation in 1998, this top-level innovation programme has involved more than 1,000 companies from the USA, Germany, France, Brazil, Israel, Great-Britain, Sweden, Switzerland, China, Japan, Belarus, India, Australia, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Russia, the Czech Republic, Spain, Taiwan, and more. It has rewarded 124 of them, along with their 325 partners.
The JEC Group created this programme to:

Encourage and enhance the visibility of companies involved in composites innovation and their partners.
This Programme is more than just a competition, it is a real Innovation database and also involves each year a great Award Ceremony gathering all the winners and their partners, and a showcase on the JEC Composites Show Paris.
Selection criteria
In this programme, a composite innovation is defined as a new composite product or process - or a new application in the composite sector – that creates value and meets the following criteria:

Acell is also participating to a forum on the 24th of March organized during the exhibition.
The JEC Forums unveil new composites uses, and encourage dialogue between industrialists and end-users. They are based on case studies and talks from internationally-renowned specialists with Research, Design, Engineering and Manufacturing backgrounds.
