Hove College are happy to be exhibiting at the Wired Sussex Digital Media Jobs & Skills Fair. This is a premier event organised and supported by Wired Sussex and partners for those interested in courses, training and career development related to digital media. Our staff will be on hand to provide advice on which of our excellent programmes will best suit your needs, and you can book an appointment to take a look around our well resourced premises.
In the meantime, have a look around our website. You'll find some exciting programmes such as our 2 year Advanced Diplomas, or the 36-week Creative Communications Diploma, and see all our specialist media, business and design courses outlined. In addition, you can find out more about the college's approach to intensive, career focused learning and how our former students have greatly increased their employment value on graduation.
After you have read the information you may have further questions. We would be delighted to see you at the fair to discuss how we can help you realise your career aims.
Official Opening Party, October 2008
Over 70 agents, teachers, school staff, university reps, ex-students and colleagues gathered at Fairfax & Stuart House on Friday night (24 October 2008) to celebrate the opening of our beautiful new College. Organised by Nelu, Hove College's marketing manager, there was a wonderful selection of canapés prepared by our French chef, Margaux – all of which was enjoyed with a glass (or two!) of wine. Company Chairman, Simon Cleaver, spoke of his pride at witnessing this exciting new chapter in Hove College and British Study Centre's history and looked forward to further growth of the college in its brand new home.
New Premises Now Open!
Hove College has gone from strength to strength over the last five years. Specialising in New Media subjects, it has catered for this dynamic area of study by providing high quality, supremely accessible vocational training. Thanks to the success of its students and staff, the college celebrated its accomplishments in September 2008 with the opening of its larger, extensively resourced new premises.
The superb new premises based at Stuart House, 48 Cromwell Rd is in the leafy heart of Hove, and it maintains a safe, secure study environment in peaceful surroundings - just a short walk from the beach and within reach of the dynamic, creative centre of Brighton.
We will continue to provide teaching facilities of a very high standard, with modern, flat-screen PCs, large lecture rooms and digital projectors to make learning easier. Outside of study-hours students can use free internet facilities, including wi-fi, or they can just relax in the college's rambling gardens! Our goal is to make your learning experience as pleasurable and stimulating as possible.
We hope to see you soon!
