How to Book
Telephone our booking office on 01293 888780.
Our helpful staff will give you the latest information on sailing times for your
planned day.
We then take card payment to secure your seats. (American Express not accepted.)
We have made the conscious choice not to use online bookings. This is so we can talk
to you to ensure you have all the information you need regarding our voyages and
directions to us.
Please bear in mind that getting on and off our vessel involves steps and stepping
on moving surfaces - this may not be suitable for people with certain disabilities.
Voyages are also not suitable for certain medical conditions.

Step 1
Step 2
We will give you a free courtesy telephone call before 10 am on the morning of your sailing to confirm that the weather is suitable for your voyage.
Should Sussex Voyages have to cancel your sailing due to unsuitable sea conditions, you will be given the opportunity to either rebook for a different day or receive a full refund (something that not all boat companies do!)
Please arrive with us at least 30 minutes before your planned sailing time.
You will be required to read our medical section of our Terms and Conditions and sign our passenger manifest, which records your name, address and the name and telephone of an emergency contact (should we have an emergency)
Our staff will then issue you with waterproofs (if required) and fit you with a life jacket.
Small children and babies will be fitted with solid foam buoyancy aids, appropriate to their weight and height.
