CBA has provided services for the promotion of a wide range of new development types and the design of settings and landscapes that are the context for these developments sit. These vary in scale from a large new sustainable community on a greenfield site, to more contained mixed-use development in an urban regeneration zone.

CBA has experience in development types  that include; housing, regeneration, commercial, civic, cultural, leisure and health & education, in both urban and rural environments.

At the start of the development process we have undertaken landscape, visual, ecological, heritage and other environmental assessments and prepared landscape masterplans and public realm.

Working with multi-disciplinary design teams we have designed and delivered a range of different public and private landscapes for clients and users. In all cases our solutions put emphasis on the sustainability of these environments.
