Digital Pixel and Compix systems featured on the BBC!!
The Royal Institution Lectures are shown each year on the BBC. This year it featured some 3 day animations of normal cells, and then cells modified with the Ras Oncogene. Dr. Hugh Paterson commented that "We were only given a few days notice, so we used our multiple site time lapse system to capture a number of both data types to give us a choice of animations."

SPCI Version 5.0 released. Includes software support for Zeiss and Leica motorised microscopes. Firewire support for Hamamtsu ORCA cameras also included as well as advanced super-scanning image acquisition mode.

Five Universities place orders with Digital Pixel for a range of imaging systems,
Fast Image capture Calcium imaging, Time Lapse.

System installed at the University of Bristol for high resolution imaging using
an XY stage to mosaic over a whole slide.

Multiple Site Time Lapse. Users are now running 120 position time lapse over 7 and 14 days. The system runs without intervention and completely reliably!!
