As well as giving advice, the CAB service aims to raise issues that affect our clients, both locally and nationally.

The CAB service nationally deals with over six million problems each year and is in a unique position to draw on the experiences of all CABs to lobby for social reform.

The local CAB is often the first to hear when things go wrong. Shoreham CAB collates this information to act on locally, or to submit to national Citizens Advice, who raise the issues brought into bureaux and help to change legislation.
