Essential Competencies

This is a highly specialist role that will require the following core competencies:

• Strong Leadership and management skills
• Strong understanding of learning strategies
• High level organisational skills and self management
• Associate or affiliate membership with REP's
• Industry recognised qualifications in assessment (verification desirable)
• Strong understanding of equality and diversity application
• Strong understanding and compliance with Health and Safety, child and vulnerable adults safety and welfare
• Effective team work and collaboration in efficient task management

Desired Qualifications

The post holder will be expected to hold the following qualifications or equivalent:

• A1
• Minimum Level 3 vocational qualification
• Level 2 Fitness Instruction (Level 3 Personal Trainer desirable)
• PTLLS
• Equality & Diversity L3
• Key/Functional Skills L3
• H&S
