Scheduled maintenance is an essential way to ensure that your installed unit is reliable after and works efficiently all year round.
We recommend that a unit is serviced at least twice yearly, one before the summer (when it is likely to work its’ hardest) and one in the Autumn or post the busy season.

DX Electrica is HVCA accredited, the industry trade association, giving the client piece of mind. We therefore, carry out our air conditioning servicing in accordance to HVCA guidelines and recommendations. DX Electrica also registers the services on the REFCOM database ensuring that you are covered for the F Gas regulations.

Enables client to receive one minor service. This service is great for people who don’t want a contract, but still require a service to cover them for the F gas regulations. The pay as you go reactive service can be used as and when you need it, but being reactive service it is likely to create a repair list.
Includes two services per year, one minor and one major service. This service enables customers to schedule their maintenance, giving the unit better reliability. The standard service gives better value for money than the pay as you go services.
This service is aimed at customers who rely on their air conditioning for business support, for example server rooms. The service includes 4 services per year, two minor and two major services.
After the servicing has been completed the air conditioning technician will explain any underlining problems that may need addressing. Clients will be asked to authorise the technician’s sheet and all clients will receive a copy of the servicing report.
