HOW DO I DELETE SPOOLED REPORTS UP TO A SPECIFIED DATE
In order to perform this task initially you will need forms editing skills. Once the editing has been done the options F9 to list and F5 to delete will enable you to delete all items in the spool queue dated prior to an entered date.
The form you will need to edit is - module "sp", application "queue manager", form "sel_prompt".
Look at the list of suspended fields for a field called "Date", add this field to the form, exit and save the form changes you have made. Remember to include this changed form to any users who have formsets other than the default formset which uses this form.
To use the amended form you will need to log out and log in again, the new field will now be active in the Spooler Management front screen.
To use simply add a cut-off date and press F5, this lists all spool files on or before this date. Press F5 again and they are all deleted.
If you are unable to perform this task yourself, ask your reseller to carry it out for you.

WHAT IS THE PROPER WAY TO EXIT FROM GUI SCREENS
Exiting incorrectly from GUI screens may result in hung system processes, causing your system to slow down.
The correct method of exiting is to use the ESC button, or press the ESC key -
Do not use the X button in the top R.H. corner of the screen.
