When you go to either Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable

• Enquiries - Transactions. Can you see a tick box for "Recent first"?

If you can't, the chances are you have fields suspended in the master form set.

You need to edit the forms pl.open_item_enquiry_main and sl.open_item_equiry_main and unsuspend two fields on each form recent_first - a tick box string field and recent_first_t - the associated text box.

If you log out then log in again and go to transaction enquiry you should see a tick box asking if you want to view the transactions in recent first order.

The above are only two examples of where fields have been suspended in the master form set. I have found others in the PROJECT MODULES.

My advise is therefor to check the master forms for suspended fields if you think something is missing.

In the GUI Screen Form Designer, I don't think there is an easy way of listing suspended fields so it's not a straightforward task.
