The town of Hurghada, originally a small fishing village, has now developed into one of the most popular resorts on the red sea stretching along 40km of coast, with excellent beaches and some of the finest off shore dive sites in the world. Hurghada has a truly cosmpolitan feel, with a mix of fashionable shops and boutiques, traditional bazaars, outdoor cafes, bars and international restaurants and at night a selection of european clubs and bars.
