Are there builders' warranties on the new villa? If so, how long?
The villas have a 5 year guarantee and this will be written into the legal contract.

Are the properties generally sold furnished or unfurnished?
All of our properties are supplied fully-furnished and completed to our high standards.

Can we get home and building insurance in Egypt?
Yes. Insurance can be arranged through Vanquish Villas with a company which specalises in propertys abroad and is based in the UK.
