 Keith
McPherson - Keith McPherson has been the senior partner
in the firm for 30 years. Having trained and worked in the
local area all his life he is a respected and well known local
businessman. In that time he has been able to use his experience
and knowledge to help a vast number of businesses to become
the success that they are today. Keith is normally based at
the Bexhill office.
 Alan
Buontempo - Alan Buontempo has been a partner at McPherson
& Partners for nearly 30 years. Well known in the local
area he has always been a businessman at heart. He is able
to use this business acumen and his extensive local knowledge
to find solutions to the problems faced by clients. Alan shares
his time between the Bexhill and Hastings offices.
 Ainsley
Gill - Ainsley joined the firm in 1995, moving to our
Bexhill office in 1999 and becoming a partner in 2001. Ainsley
has a broad range of knowledge covering audit, accountancy
and personal and corporate taxation matters, which he applies
to the individual needs of clients. Ainsley also specialises
in the area of IR35
and personal service companies and is able to provide detailed
advice in this area. Using his IT
skills he has assisted clients in the computerisation of their
accounting records, primarily using Sage, and providing initial
training and ongoing support.
 Mark
Finch - Since joining McPhersons in 1995 Mark has helped
a wide variety of clients take the stress out of running their
business, while ensuring that their business affairs are as
tax-efficient as possible. His clients range from sole traders
and partnerships to larger limited companies. As the firm's
Audit Technical Partner, he also helps to ensure that the
high standards established by McPhersons are maintained. He
has also added to the wealth of IT
expertise McPhersons have to offer and provides advice and
assistance on a range of IT
issues.
 Roy
Holland - Roy joined McPherson & Partners in 1986
and has been a partner at the Battle office since 1993. Roy
is able to use his considerable experience in all accounting,
auditing and taxation matters to provide a high quality service
that is tailored to suit the needs of the individual clients.
His extensive IT
understanding and knowledge are of great benefit to clients
and he oversees the firm's activities in advising clients
regarding Sage products.
 Nigel
Harper - Nigel has been a partner at McPherson &
Partners since 1980. He has major business interests himself
and shares his time between these and his clients at the Battle
office. He makes it his priority to give companies the opportunity
to get on with daily business by freeing them of the constraints
of accountancy and taxation concerns.
 Steve
Cooper - Steve has been with McPhersons since 1984 and
moved to the Hastings office in 1995. He has brought a high
degree of technical expertise to the Hastings office and is
able to use his amiable style to advise and assist clients
in all areas of their business. His extensive IT
knowledge has proved extremely useful in providing solutions
to clients' problems and he has helped to mould a very effective
team to benefit all of the clients of the Hastings office.
