Roast cornfed chicken breast with tarragon veloute, crushed new potatoes and feves.

Baked pavé of cod with a spiced shrimp butter crust
served with a pea and mint velouté.

Grilled Lemon Sole on the bone, sauce tartare , & tomato, basil & mozarella salad.
