OVERPRINT SERVICE
In house 1+2 colour overprint
Full Bleed, Tints, Duo Tone, and Two Sided Washes
(subject to sight of Artwork)
Capable of printing from 89mm x 152mm - 406mm x 305mm,
With a capacity of printing 2 million envelopes per
week.
From standard envelopes to Gusset, Board Back, Semi or
All Board envelopes and Fabric envelopes.
DIAMOND P7/13 LITHO PRESS
The Diamond P7/13 is a 2-colour litho print press,
which is manufactured
in America primarily to overprint envelopes. It is
widely acknowledged within the industry to be one of
the most versatile and consistent printing machines
available.
The machine features on the run registration, a swing
away 2nd colour unit and a quick image changer
indexer. Pushers are incorporated into the design,
which enables the printer to litho print envelopes
with a colour wash.
All solutions and inks used are environmentally
friendly because they are
non alcoholic and non oil based.
The Diamond P7/13 can print envelopes from 89 x 152mm
up to a
330 x 330mm square. An idea of the machine’s
capability is shown below:

FOUR COLOUR PROCESS
We have the ability to source Four Colour Overprint
with bleeds. 8mm grip edge required please speak to

For full 1- 4 Colour print all over please call our
specialist envelope account handlers who can advise
you with the most suitable and economical solution.
e.g. Flexo Print, Flat Sheet and Convert or Reel Fed
Litho.

Direct Mail Service. We cover all aspects of mailing
from hand inserting, machine enclosing (up to C4)
through to poly wrapping and inkjet personalisation.
