In 2010 we launched our electrical maintenance service, as we recognised that our customers required
regular lamp changing or electrical works, but only on a small basis. By providing regular maintenance
it means that our customers don’t have to wait for five or more light bulbs to go out before they are
replaced. It also gives our customers peace of mind that they are up to date with the latest electrical
legislation.
We offer three different packages to brighten your day.
However we realise that every customer has different needs.
So if you would like us to put together a bespoke package just let us know.
We work with all types of sectors including offices, retail and restaurants.
Bronze - includes two hours a month to carry out an electrical investigation or lamp
changing. The price also allows for parking and congestion charge, at a flat fee of £125 per month.
Silver – includes four hours a month to carry out an electrical investigation or lamp
changing. The price also allows for parking and congestion charge, at a flat fee of £185 per month.
Gold - includes eight hours a month to carry out
an electrical investigation, lamp changing, electrical testing and inspection.
The price also allows for parking and congestion charge, at a flat fee of £289 per month.
Minimum of six months contract applies and prices are excluding VAT. Upon approval of the quotation you will be asked to sign a contract.
A site survey maybe required before contract is issued.
Please note that we would normally order in lamp spares in packs of ten or twenty and this is chargeable.
