First of all, thank you to everyone who kindly sponsored me for running the Vigin London Marathon on Sunday. This is to raise money for the Evelyner children’s heart ward at Guys hospital.
This was by far the hardest thing I have ever done.. After a really good start my recurring Knee injury came back at just after mile 9, getting steadily worse until at mile 17 I needed to stop to strap the leg. As you can see form the wiery looking guy with THE medal, I made it and I have the injured knee and blisters the size of golf balls to prove it...
