Advances in Dual Diagnosis
Policy, practice and research in mental health and substance use
This
is a practice-based Journal that offers vital access to and information about dual diagnosis
in the UK. People with mental health problems who also have problematic use of drugs and alcohol
(dual diagnosis) are a significant concern for services and a consistent approach about how to work
effectively with this group is needed.
Published quarterly, this peer-reviewed Journal provides practical information to help improve
services for people with a dual diagnosis. It provides a forum for the dissemination of:
• best practice
• current research
• policy updates and their implications for practice
• case studies.
