Our Management Plans have a strong practical bias. They may include condition reports, landscape inventories and contractor references. Estimates and schedules may also be included if required.

PBA Landscape management plans are recognised by Local Authority Planning Departments. Plans may be required for new landscape schemes associated with new buildings as a condition of planning permission being granted.

The key to employing contractors successfully is an unambiguous contract with clear specifications. This provides an agreed benchmark for performance to be assessed.

PBA consulting provides a complete contract management service for clients, including: contract procurement, vetting of contractors, preparing specifications and schedules. Strict procedures ensure parity in the tender process.

Once a contract has been awarded, we can manage it for you - to monitor quality and performance. Regular progress meetings and site inspections ensure successes are built on and problems ironed out. KPI (Key performance indicators) can be used when required.
