Simon Spyer

Simon spent 5 years at Sainsbury's working on business strategy, the implementation of Nectar and using customer data to drive business decisions. While at Sainsbury's he worked with Quant to commercialise customer data and leverage its power in category management.

Simon then moved to the manufacturer side working for Campbell Soup Company. His role at Campbell's focussed on developing and implementing brand marketing strategies and using customer insight to build customer-centric plans with key retailers.

Simon lives in Cambridgeshire with his wife and baby daughter. When not changing nappies he indulges his passion for sport and for Tottenham Hotspur in particular.
