Lawrence Foote BSc MRICS: Managing Director & Founder
Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986 and started Lawrence Foote & Partners in the same year. Lawrie thrives on driving the practice and the team forward with skill and enthusiasm, having built up successful working relationships with many of the industry's main players. For relaxation and leisure he enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for sailing, cycling, skiing and entertaining.

Mark Ebbutt MaPS: Associate Director
Mark has 20 years experience as a surveyor and has specialist knowledge of planning supervision and is a member of the Association for Project Safety. He has earned a reputation for being thorough and meticulous. Mark is a keen golfer who enjoys travelling, the cinema and DIY.

Steve Hodder MRICS
Steve has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1975. He has considerable experience in the establishment of project budgets, controlling cost during the development of design, preparation of contract documents, particularly Bills of Quantities and cost managing projects through to completion. Steve’s hobbies include badminton and European travelling.

David Wheatley BSC MRICS RMaPS
David has over 20 years experience as a Surveyor & Project Manager/Employers Agent acting on behalf of Private & Corporate Clients, taking projects from the initial feasibility stages through to completion. He also has a specialist knowledge of the requirements of the CDM Regulations and acts as a CDM Coordinator. Outside of the office David enjoys various sports including Cycling & Rugby.

Emma Hedley
Emma came to work in head office from our Birmingham office in 2003. She is responsible for the financial control and marketing at LFP. Her hobbies include painting, running and cooking.
