The services we offer to Contractors include measurement for Design and Build tenders where the ability to envisage and quantify the ‘unknown detail’ is critical. We are well versed in the proactive approach towards identifying non-compliant alternatives and working closely with the design team. Assumptions made during the measurement process are confirmed in comprehensive ‘measurer’s notes’ attached to the bills.

We produce Bills of Quantities utilising QS Pro software, which can output the bills in the following formats:

• Printed A4 Bills of Quantities
• Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet
• Acrobat format
