Q. Is PaperFeel™ approved for use
in contact with food products?
A. Yes, all the components used to make PaperFeel™ are
approved by both the European authorities and the FDA.
Q. Is a package made from PaperFeel™
gas flushable?
A. This is possible by the use of lamination.
Q. Can PaperFeel™ be used in
Form/Film/Seal applications?
A. Yes, with an slight amendment to the film to make it
heatsealable.
Q. Can it be filled on existing
machinery?
A. In our experience, PaperFeel™ can be used on existing
machinery with little or no amendment to the settings.
Q. Can it be recycled?
A. Yes. As a mono-material [PE] it is more readily recycled
than a mixed material substrate e.g. laminated or coated
paper.
Q. What are dimensional limits of
PaperFeel™?
A. From 40 micron to 250 micron, and 435mm width to 1400mm.
Q. What are its mechanical
properties?

contact us for a data sheet.
Q. What does it cost?
A. This is dependent on the final specification. Our
experience shows that where PaperFeel™ is used to replace
added value paper – it is very competitive.
