Measurement
One of our primary tasks has always been preparation of bills of quantities for both Contractors and Architectural Clients. We use state of the art computer software to calibrate and measure from CAD and PDF drawing files. Data taken from the drawings is then entered into our BQ production suite and Bills of Quantities prepared in various formats including Excel (2000 and 2007 formats), CITE, PDF and hard copy.
Advances in computer technology allow us to prepare documentation quickly and accurately and in formats that can be loaded directly into our Clients in-house software. We specialise in the production of schedules of floor, wall and ceiling finishes, partitions, doors and windows and can provide these in BQ or spreadsheet format.
Contract Documentation
We can provide assistance during the tender procedure including preparation of contractual documentation, preparation of suitable lists of contractors and compilation of the completed tender packages. We can also assist with the interviewing and selection of prospective contractors and the finalisation of the contractual documentation.
Project Cost Control
We can provide detailed cost plans at project inception, prepare valuations and cost reports as the project progresses and settle final accounts on completion. We also offer cost monitoring services where a funder insists on independent scrutiny of project costs for the duration of the contract.
Defects Management
We have gained considerable experience in remedial works and defects management including snagging for housing associations and defects management for national house builders.

- Resident liaison including organising temporary rehousing and negotiating compensation etc
