FABRICATION
Full fabrication services are provided with an extensive range of welding processes. Customers can receive their fabrications welded to very high standards and with a choice of codification including BS EN 4872, BS EN 287-1 and AWS D1.1.If customers have specific welding requirements that aren't covered by our current qualifications, then we are only too happy to discuss attaining these qualifications to support them in achieving their welding standards.
To enable a consistent weld standard from batch to batch we are able to produce welding procedures and documentation to give a repeatable standard of welding for each component. This can also include non destructive weld testing for critical structural usages.
