The apartment is on the 4th floor of the front-line block and is accessible from two entrances, one at the rear via the secure car parking area and one at the front, which also leads to the large communal terrace area and swimming pool. Here are located 3 fresh water showers and toilets, sun beds and sunshades. Lifts are located at both the front and rear of the property.
The apartment stands in an enviable position overlooking the marina and port, with sweeping views of the coastline. There is a choice of sandy beaches only 2 minutes' walk away. Its large terrace has panoramic vistas to two aspects affording views of Costa Blanca's most famous landmark, the Penon d'Ifach, and the fascinating harbour area where you can watch the local fishermen bringing in their catch. The bright spacious lounge has patio doors leading to the large terrace and offers breathtaking views.
On your arrival the apartment will have been cleaned and bed linen changed. Clean bed linen will be provided for you to change on a weekly basis.
Occupancy cannot commence before 1.30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure to enable smooth and efficient progress of the changeover.
Towels, tea towels and washing up cloths are provided but are only laundered at the end of each rental period. Interim laundering is at the discretion of the guests. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
Household requisites, such as washing up liquids, detergents, paper towels, bin liners etc. are not supplied.
High chairs, cots, baby alarms, playpens etc. can be hired locally, prices on request. If you would like further details please indicate on the booking form.
You will be met at your apartment by Dave, who will be expecting you. Please contact him on his mobile 660 059 874 (add prefix 00 34 if using a UK mobile) either on arrival at the airport or approximately 2 hours before your estimated arrival time. We can also arrange transfers to and from the airport, if desired.

There are 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite to the master bedroom and having 2 vanity basins, bath/shower, toilet and bidet. The second bathroom has bath/shower, basin, toilet and bidet. There are 3 air-conditioning units to the lounge and bedrooms, which can be adjusted to blow either cool or warm air according to the season.
Outside, the spacious terrace is fully furnished with comfortable modular seating, dining table and 6 chairs, We have recently added fully glazed seamless balcony curtain system & sun blinds to provide shade if preferred. Lighting and a central ceiling fan are further features.
