SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Whatever your special occasion, we can help you achieve that something
extra.
We will organise your entire bar requirements, including its shape,
size, exact positioning, full range of premium branded drinks and start
and finish times. Should you require an alcohol license, we will obtain
this on your behalf at no extra cost to you. On the day, we will set up
the bar prior to your start time and our staff will be available to
serve your guests as they arrive.
Should you be planning a formal function, we can also offer an extensive
range of table wines, champagne and welcome drinks, including Pimms, for
your guests on arrival. All our wine options include free glass hire. We
will be happy to give you a
no obligation quote.
Surprise party? We can be as secretive as you need us to be!
Anniversary or special birthday bash? Not only will we provide
you with a first class bar service, we can also offer a great range of
venue decorations and special mementos. You just decide what, if any,
you would like and we will do the rest.

with you to help make your special occasion that little bit extra
special!
We offer a range of bar options including pay bar, free bar or a

OUTDOOR EVENTS
We can provide a bar service for a wide range of outdoor events,
including gymkhana, dog show, flower show, country fair and village
fete. We charge pub prices and sell only premium brand drinks. In the
interests of safety, we only use plastic glasses and encourage the
return of used glasses to help prevent littering. Should an alcohol
license be required, we will obtain this at no cost to you. Subject to
the level of business, we will make a donation to the event organiser.
CORPORATE
Our great mobile bar service will compliment most corporate functions
and our stylish bar units can be branded or themed according to your
needs to suit both formal and informal events.
Service: We provide a complete package, including uniformed staff, free
glass hire and any alcohol license that may be required. Please see our
services page for our full range of bar options.
Drinks: We only use premium brand draught and bottled beers, cider,
spirits, mixers and soft drinks; we also have an extensive selection of
wine and champagne.
Location: We can provide a mobile bar service for virtually any
location, whether it be your offices, marquee, private home or outdoor
event. All we require is a power supply.
Product launches: Our bars can be branded with your company name and/or
logo as can virtually everything else we provide, including drinks and
staff uniforms. If required, we can produce all branded promotional
material for you. Our staff can serve from the bar, circulate among your
guests with drinks, or both.
Office parties: Whether it be Christmas, staff presentations,
retirement, reception or company anniversary we can provide a suitable
bar service no matter what size the venue or group.
Themed events: Informal parties and formal company functions can benefit
from various types of theme. We will be happy to discuss your ideas, or
offer some suggestions.
