Deputy MICROCON Director: Prof. Tilman Brück
Tilman is Head of the Department of International Economics at DIW Berlin and Assistant Professor of Development Economics at Humboldt University Berlin. His research interests include the economics of household behaviour and well-being in conflict and post-conflict economies and the economics of terrorism and insecurity.
His areas of geographical specialisation include: Mozambique, Nicaragua, Russia, Rwanda, Syria, Tanzania, Uganda and the Ukraine.
Tilman is leader of the Work Package, 'Evaluating Conflict Interventions'.
