Dear Helen,

I am only sorry that I did not find out about your system earlier and missed out on healthy skin for so many years. My self-confidence suffered badly because of my skin complaint and I felt so let down by both the medical profession, who seemed at a loss to know what to do, and by the cosmetic industry that only offered products that promised much but deliverd nothing. In fact the use of so many products in attempt to rectify my acne resulted in my sensitive rosacea.

I am very greteful to you and hope you will use this letter to promote your system and raise awareness.

Anita,

I hope your your trip back home for Christma went well, and that you managed to find present for everyone at the airport.

I had an appointment with you in late December and have been using Sher products since then. I wanted to say what a difference is has made, and how grateful I am that after all these years I've finally found something that works!

If at some point I have questions about the system what's the best way for me to ask them? Is it by email, by phone, should I come in and see you, or do all of these work for you?

Dear Mrs Sher,

I have been a customer of yours for nearly three years now, and wanted to take a couple of minutes to thank you for the help you have indirectly given me with your make up range. Doubtless you receive countless letters of thanks such as this, but if that is the case I would like to add mine to the pile!

Although throughout my acne problem I have seen many cases worse than mine, I still feel that each individual finds coping with their personal problem as difficult as the next. I started having acne when i was 17, and came to you a couple of months after. I now feel that had I not had the chance to use your make up it would have had quite a drastic impact upon my confidence, general social behaviour, and where I am now. Whilst I still feel I cannot go out without my make up on, my skin's gradual improvement means I am confident that at some stage I will feel at ease going out wearing only minimal make up.

I am just coming to the end of my first year at Cambridge University, and I can truthfully say that that is mainly down to you! Without the confidence my make up gives me, I would not have felt comfortable in an interview situation, because there have been many times when I have not wanted to look people in the face. Not only passing my interview, but getting through the first term, meeting a whole new group of people and tackling countless first impressions would never have been possible were it not for Sher System make up.
