| All owners of horses, ponies and
donkeys must obtain a passport for each one they
own.
The revised deadline for horse passport applications to be submitted to passport issuing offices is 30th June, so that owners can be in receipt of the passports by 28th feb 2005.
Note veterinary certificates are not passports.
