Systems Support Agreement
Our SSAs are by no means a ‘set in stone’ or ‘off the shelf’ support package. Every SSA is carefully tailored after as many meetings, discussions and surveys as is necessary to ensure our client is 100 percent positive they are getting exactly what they need from a support agreement. However, we are also aware that in some situations and for some clients an “out of the box” support package is what they need and we are happy to offer a number of pre-configured SSAs. Of course we have guidelines to which we work, but we try to be as flexible as possible to guarantee we are providing the best possible service for the best possible price. We can supply SSAs that include telephone, remote, and onsite support.
