All of our customers have access to the fault number 0845
450 2065. On this number you will be able to
report the fault at any time of day. Of course we are
all dependant on BT working within their published timescales
but at least you can relax, safe in the knowledge that
your fault is being dealt with.
Our
live ‘news and updates’ banner situated at
the top of our site can also give you information about
known faults in specific areas.
Customers
can choose to pay for a premium fault service, much like
‘Total Care’ from BT. For only £3.30
per month, BT give us their assurance that we will be
able to respond to your fault within 4 hours. If this
is of interest please speak to your account manager who
will be happy to help.
