One 2 One
These tailored sessions cater for the individual to meet their needs.
Goals may range from losing weight, running around the garden with the kids, running 5km, feeling fitter, muscle toning, getting ready
for the summer, or perhaps you need a little help to run a marathon or take part in a triathlon.
One 2 one sessions offer a structured, tailored and focussed approach to what you want to achieve, pushing you to higher levels in an
exclusive environment.

Group Circuits
Group training is fun, varied and social all at the same time!
If you don't want to have one on one sessions, but would rather train with others,
or maybe you have friends that will train with you, then group training will combine a
physical workout and catching up with friends all at the same time.
Group training can also offer a move motivating environment.

Sports Specific
Whether you are a rugby player, a triathlete, marathon runner, tennis player or a rower,
training can be tailored to your specific training needs. This could include swim schedules,
cycle rides, strength circuits, core stability, rowing work outs.
Realise will offer training sessions to assist with your chosen sport to maximise your performance.

MBody
MBody is designed for mothers who have either recently given birth or who have young babies or
children and wish to get back into shape and get fitter. These sessions can be either one 2 one or with fellow
mothers in group style work outs. The baby and the buggy comes too, so no need to worry about getting a babysitter.
Workouts include a thorough cardiovascular session along with strength and core training.

Core Stability
Without the core we are without our real strength. Core stability has proven to be a crucial part in any
sports or fitness training regime. These work outs will develop an inner strength which will lead to overall
better stability, strength, posture, and fitness performance.
