First step:

Fasten the bra in the middle hook(s). If the back is too tight, try a bra with a bigger back size and a smaller cup. For example, if a 34D bra is too small, try a 36C.

Second step:

Position the midriff band so that the front of the bra is at the same height as the back. Make sure the separator is centred relative to the breasts.

Third step:

Use the adjustment rings to find the right strap length. Straps that are too tight will crush the bust while straps that are too loose will not flatter the neckline.

Fourth and last step:

Adjust your bust in the bra by leaning slightly forward. The underwires should go around the breasts. Use your hand to position the nipple under the cross-cup seam, at the top of the dart or in the centre of the cup, depending on the bra style.

Mounded Cup Strapless

This moulded cup bra is strapless and is ideal for evening wear and bridal. The cups give an extra lift.

Triangle and non-wired Bra

This soft cup bra has no wire. It is also available with a moulded cup.

Full Cup Bra

This soft cup bra suits the fuller cup and gives full support and maximum comfort.

3/4 style - new 'tulip' shape and low neck

This soft cup bra is for the fuller cup sizes that do not want too much coverage. It gives a very feminine look and can be worn with lower cut dresses.

1/2 Cup - Balconnet Bra

This soft cup bra suits cup sizes B to E and is cut low but gives maximum lift. Sometimes it comes half padded.

Moulded Bra

This moulded bra is ideal for wearing with tee shirts and gives a smooth outline whilst allowing the bust to be gently shaped.

For smaller cup sizes, this bra is padded with inserts or moulded. For larger sizes it is soft cupped. The effect is the same - a deep plunge, full support allowing for maximum cleavage.
