The client acquired a parcel of land within the car park of Mottingham railway station which was an ideal location for office premises with commuting to London within 20 minutes and also in close proximity to the M25. Kaymac were appointed to design and construct a new building for let or sale. The planning conditions required the building to resemble the old stationmasters house that had been previously demolished. Kaymac achieved this after having given careful consideration to selection of materials. Kaymac also respected local authority requirements in relation to tree preservation. The contract period was nine months.

Second-hand stock brickwork with reconstituted stone cills and banding.
