Kaymac successfully tendered and were appointed to undertake the complete refurbishment, including partial demolition and rebuilding of a 4 storey semi-detached Grade II Listed Building. A single storey rear extension and a 2 storey side extension were constructed along with extensive works to both front and rear gardens.
