ALL CRM solutions are NOT simple and NOT OFF THE SHELF SOLUTIONS they need to be configured to meet your specific requirements. All will need the software adjusted to suit your specific needs. 
These solutions are not cheap, and return on investment may be difficult to quantify in a defined timescale. Once committed you will be locked into a long term relationship with the supplier.
