Code-J evolved from Vivid Corporation.

We are a small company, specializing in database development.

We have chosen to specialize in FileMaker Pro because it is versatile enough to meet the needs of our clients, and can provide a short development time. It also works well in Mac, Windows and mixed environments. It integrates well with Lasso to bring database information to the web and can front end a large number of legacy databases and programmes such as Excel.

We also design and maintain small websites for a number of clients.

We have a business alliance with Solutions-inc for whom we carry out FileMaker development.

Over the years, as part of Vivid Corporation, we have developed a carefully managed system that ensures quality control and client satisfaction.

Our job is to make your life easier and to ensure there are no nasty surprises.

All work is quoted for in advance. Any additional costs are notified or a budget agreed, in advance.

Contact reports are sent following meetings, or at appropriate stages.

In return, we ask that someone is designated as a contact, with full authority to approve the work in progress.

We ask that materials are provided and stages signed off in accordance with the agreed schedule.

In general, we try to work in partnership with our clients in an open fashion and so avoid areas of potential conflict.
