From renovating & remodeling small bin stores to the complete redecoration of multi-storey residences, Sanders prides itself on providing a prompt, professional and efficient service.

Grange Gardens - Eastbourne:

Sanders recently undertook an exterior renovation and decoration project to breathe new life into this residential block of apartments in Eastbourne.

Working with Housemartins Chartered Surveyors, Sanders oversaw every aspect of this project from works management and making sure that any disruption to residents were kept down to a minimum right through making sure that the job came in within the allocated time frame and budget.

Smart Storage:

When one of our residential blocks was informed that Council wheelie-bins were to replace standard refuse bins, Sanders upgraded their existing bin storage area to house the new council bin and created a new recycling area.

Glenthorne House – Eastbourne:

When Sanders took over the management of Glenthorne House, the porticos were found to be in a state of neglect and disrepair and works were immediately scheduled to remedy the situation.

Both front porticos were stripped right back and completely replaced with a new and durable frontage that generally enhanced the overall appearance of the property and making sure that each entrance way was entirely safe and sound.

High View Court – Eastbourne:

The flat roof on this particular block residence had reached the end of its life span, and as part of an ongoing schedule of repairs, Sanders arranged for a new survey and put the specifications out to tender.

The end result is a brand new roof with a 20 year guarantee.

Harbour Lights B – Eastbourne:

This project involved the repair and replacement of fascias, soffets and guttering on one of Sanders’ residential blocks in Harbour Lights B.

The residence was thoroughly inspected and a professional team was brought in to undertake the work swiftly, thoroughly and with great attention to detail.

As with all projects, Sanders aim was to guarantee that all repairs and replacements reflect and demonstrate a long-term cost-effective solution for the building and its residents.

Metropole Court - Eastbourne:

Sanders Property Management LLP is the managing agent for the iconoclastic Metropole Court that takes pride of place along Eastbourne’s seafront. In 2008 Sanders undertook the massive projects of overseeing the exterior renovation of this landmark building.

A challenging and important project for Sanders but one which we were proud to be part of. In returning this great lady to its former glory, Sanders appointed the expert ROK group to upgrade and refurbish every inch of this grand building.

The project is still underway, with completion set for Feb 2009. Once completed Metropole Court will again stand out as a beacon of architectural splendour in Eastbourne.
