Location

Our Villa is situated at The Reserves, a private gated community of 96 homes at The Town Center Resort, Davenport, Florida.

The Reserves is part of a conservation area, and the houses are built around a number of lakes, our villa is situated on the south side of the community with its back yard on the edge of Pinewood Lake.

This peaceful location allows you to enjoy a stress-free vacation, yet within a few minutes drive you can be at one of the number of superb Golf courses, or enjoying the wonder of Disney World, Universal Studios or the host of other attractions which makes Central Florida so good for vacations. We are only 1 hour from Kennedy Space Center on the Space Coast, with Daytona Beach to the north, or less than a couple of hours see you swimming in the blue seas off the Gulf Coast.

Only a few minutes drive from most of the major attractions, with easy access to the Interstate 4 at junction 58 (old J24). Alternatively head north up Old Lake Wilson Road, which then joins Highway 192 with its restaurants and attractions, then onwards to Disney World.

From Orlando Sanford, or Orlando International simply head for the I4, and turn south to junction 58. Take the County Line road east to it's junction with Old Lake Wilson Road, take a right and then after half a mile take a left into Reserve Blvd.
